Product Description

Anchor Nut with Hexagon Sleeve Stainless Steel Expansion

Basic Introduction
The Sleeve Anchor is fabricated from high-quality steel components. Each component undergoes a zinc plating process and is assembled into a fully functional, ready-to-use anchor. The anchor features a threaded stud with an outwardly flared conical end. A tubular expander sleeve is fitted over the stud, resting against the smaller diameter of the cone. To complete the assembly, a washer and Hex Nut are affixed to the stud. This anchor operates on a genuine expansion principle: tightening the nut draws the conical end of the stud into the expander sleeve, causing it to wedge outward and securely lock the anchor within the base material.

Installation Instructions
1. Utilize a hammer drill equipped with a carbide bit that conforms to ANSI B94, 12-77 to drill through both mounting holes in your fixture or directly through your target material into the base substrate; ensure that you use a bit size matching that of your anchor diameter.
2. Remove all debris from within the hole.
3. Ensure that the nut is flush with the upper threaded portion of the anchor before inserting it through both mounting holes in your fixture and into your base material; push until snug against said fixture.
4. Manually turn and tighten down on this nut until secure; then employ a wrench (or screwdriver for flat/round heads) to further tighten approximately three or four full turns or until firmly secured against your base material.
